4. Drilling into a predetermined deepthand installation the reinforcing cage.
5. Pouring concrete

Product Description
Compared with the construction method of large diameter cast-in-place piles such asmud drilling (punching) hole and other dry drilling hole, the advantages of the pilingtechnology are obvious:
1 . Hydraulic system, low noise, no vibration effect.
2. It can be close to the building pile that used steel casing protect the hole wall toavoid the collapse of the hole wall.
3. It can overcome underground obstacles such as egg stone layer, debris (blockstone in mixed fill, etc.
4. The size of pile is easy to control. the size of longitudinal pile is close, the quantitof cast-in-place concrete is close to the diameter of pile, and the bearing capacity otunilateral concrete is more than 30% higher than that of pile with mud wall.5. According to the depth of grab, the soil layer can be clearly separated and theappropriate pile end bearing layer can be selected.
6. The soil taken in the hole has low water content, convenient transportation and noconcern of mud pollution. The job site is clean and civilized, and the construction isvery suitable in the urban area.
7. When rock socketed at the end of the pile is needed, the crose impact hammer canbe used for percussion drilling, which expands the scope of application
Judging from the quality of cast-in-place pile, the characteristics of the whole casingconstruction method are as follows:
1. The influence of mud skin and sediment caused by mud wall protection on the bearingcapacity of cast-in-place pile can be avoided, and the side friction resistance of pile can bequaranteed, and the uplift resistance of pile can be improved to a certain exlent comparedwith other pile types.
2. Because of the effect of steel casing, the quality problems such as necking, broken pile.
concrete segregation and so on can be avoided completely.
3. When the pile end is rammed and expanded, the vertical bearing capacity of the pile isincreased by more than 50% than that of the dry pile, and by more than 100% compared withthe mud wall protection. lf the underground water can be drained from the hole, it can also beused to enlarge the pile end area and obtain higher bearing capacity
