Variable pump intelligent flow distribution hydraulic system
1. Load-sensing system: adopts large-flow variable plunger pump, with sufficient flow but no waste, efficient operation, energy saving and environmental protection.
2. New main valve: adopts post-valve compensation technology and distributes flow on demand. The minimum stable speed of hoisting single rope is 1.2m/min, and the minimum stable speed of rotation is 0.1°/s, which can realize precision hoisting in mm level.
3. Integrated slewing buffer control: Integrating boost buffer, sequential braking and free-slip technology, the slewing starts and stops softly and smoothly.
